Hiking Baru Volcano
Volcan Baru is Panama's highest mountain and offers incredible hiking opportunities including the Los Quetzales trail. Widely considered one of the most beautiful trails in Panama, Los Quetzales takes trekkers across the north side of Volcan Baru. Be sure to keep an eye out for the resplendent Quetzal and wild orchids.

Kotowa Coffee Tour
Boquete is famous for its rich and flavorful coffee. Visitors to the Kotowa coffee farm can learn about the history of the plantation as well as the mill's modern-day environmentally friendly coffee production.
