Named for Saint Crispeen, the patron saint of shoemakers, this vigorous trail starts at the little town known as The Bottom. From the tender pier, you get to the starting point by local taxi van and set out with your local nature guide. The guide points out the island flora as the trail leads you through the rainforest, across fields and over a forest ridge. The trail continues through pasture land, highlighting views of The Bottom and secondary rainforest, until it meets with the Mt. Scenery Trail. From this point, a downhill trek of about 300 steps brings you to the town of Windward side, where you have some free time to buy a refreshment or do some shopping. At the time and place designated by your driver, you are picked up for the ride down to the tender landing and the ship.

Saba - Saba Scuba - One & Two Tank Dives: Experienced PADI certified divers now have the chance to find out why Saba is considered by enthusiasts to be the premiere dive spot in the Caribbean. Then continue through St. John's, home to the island's schools, where you have an incredible vantage point of the neighboring islands of St. Eustatius, St. Kitts and Nevis. Then pass through Windward Side, the village at the highest elevation, en route to Hell's Gate. Here the local ladies have their Saba Lacework on display, and there's a beautiful view of Saba's death-defying airport and surrounding islands from the Holy Rosary Church. Finally, return to the Windward Side for some free time to explore the village, do some shopping, or grab a snack before returning to the harbor. Continue across the Saint Barth Marine Park and marvel at the lively underwater parade in front of you. Here, the sea bottom is full of colorful coral reefs that are gently invaded by troops of "sergeant majors" fish. Following this spectacle, it is time to head back to the pier. Although Nevis is famous for its deep dive sites, it's not uncommon to have a special experience at shallow sites such as "Hot Springs", "Bugs' Hole" or "The Church Reef". You may be lucky and spot a turtle, an eel, a stingray, an octopus, a spiny lobster, or even a baby shark among the reefs. From the pier, you are first taken to the dive base. Day 6: Soper's Hole, Tortola | Norman Island

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This marina on Tortola's West End retains its quaint charm while being a center of activity and voted the best marina in the BVIs. Soper's Hole imparts a great sense of place and physical intimacy and is considered one of the most picturesque marinas in the Caribbean.

Norman Island is located at the southern tip of the British Virgin Islands. It could very well be the very same island reputed to be the inspiration for Robert Louis Stevenson's pirate novel Treasure Island. It is said that the island was named after a pirate who purchased it at some point during the early 18th century. The island is uninhabited and privately owned by Dr Henry Jarecki. Its area is about 600 acres (2.4 km²), and it is about 2.5 miles (4 km) long. A large harbor known as "The Bight" offers one of the most protected anchorages in the area.

Optional Activities:

Soper's Hole, Tortola – Land Rover Adventure: This land adventure is a fun and exciting drive in a land rover safari jeep, on and off-road, virgin trails, and some regular island roads. Enjoy wonderful vistas of Tortola and the surrounding islands from viewpoints not accessed by the general public. Departing the tender dock at Soper's Hole Marina, the land rover convoy quickly drives along the shoreline before ascending up to the Ridge Road. The route takes participants on a fun adventure, revealing the natural beauty of the island and the unspoiled scenery, flora, and fauna. Stops are made for taking pictures before traveling through the wooded Belmont Estate where a stop is made at a secluded beach for a refreshing local drink. Rinse the "dust of the trail" off with a swim in the sea, or relax on the white-sand beach before continuing back to the yacht.
Duration: 3.5 hours

Soper's Hole, Tortola – Virgin Canopy Adventure: High in the hills overlooking road town lays a “shangri-la” of lush vegetation, tropical birds, and flowers and the newest attraction on the island of Tortola – the original virgin canopy experience. Similar to a zip-line, but much safer and quieter, the original canopy tour provides you with all the thrills and adrenaline you are looking for but is also an ecotour and fun for all members of the family. Even experienced zip-line riders find this tour something that can't be missed. After this adventure, take in the million dollar view, purchase refreshments or snacks,or just relax.
Duration: 3 hours

Soper's Hole, Tortola – Radical Rides: For those of you looking for something completely different, come join us on the BVI’s latest fun activity. Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.
