98Ship Type: Expedition Cruise Ship
The recently refurbished Sea Spirit was built in 1991 and has a passenger capacity of just 112. Her sleek design and elegantly decorated staterooms make her an ideal sailing vessel.
Guests have access to five decks of passenger facilities, all with modern amenities. The Main Deck
offers a restaurant and infirmary, the Oceanus Deck
offers a lounge and reception, the Club Deck
features a second lounge and a heavily stocked library, the Sports Deck
offers a bistro, gym, and hot tub, and the Sun Deck
offers spectacular views. The bridge is available for visitors during most times of the day. There are stairs and elevator service on each deck for convenient navigation.
Each of the Sea Spirit's cabins features ocean views, sitting area, en suite bathroom, large wardrobes, and American-style outlets. Cabins also offer a small refrigerator, television, hair dryer, assorted toiletries, and air conditioning.
The restaurant aboard the Sea Spirit is large enough to accommodate all of its guests in a single sitting, creating an intimate atmosphere. Most diets can be accommodated on board, with the exception of Kosher, but special requests must be made ahead of time. When weather permits, lunch may be served on deck. Afternoon tea is served in the Oceanus Lounge, and coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the Club Lounge.
U.S. Currency is used on board, and traveler's checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted for payment of shipboard accounts. Laundry services are available on board for an additional fee. The Sea Spirit also carries a fleet of inflatable landing crafts (zodiacs) and a small tender.
