Day 1: San Cristobal

Arrive to the Galapagos and explore San Cristobal Island. After arrival, visit El Junco Lagoon, one of the few freshwater lakes in the Galapagos. If time permits, hike up Tijeretas hill, which rewards with amazing views.

Day 2: EspaƱola

Today explore the island of Española. Your first stop is Gardner Bay, a white sand beach where sea lions, mockingbirds, and finches abound!

This afternoon, stop at Punta Suarez to catch a glimpse of the masked and blue-footed boobies. Also visit the "blowhole," a lava tube that sprays water up in the air like a geyser!

Day 3: Floreana

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Today explore Floreana Island, stopping at Cormorant Point (Punta Cormorant), Devil's Crown, and Post Office Bay. At Cormorant Point, keep your eyes peeled for Galapagos birds such as Darwin's finches. Devil's Crown, a submerged volcano, has some of the best snorkeling in the Galapagos Islands. Keep an eye out for white-tipped sharks, eagle rays, and sea turtles! At Post Office Bay, leave an unstamped postcard in the hopes that it gets delivered via fellow travelers!

Day 4: Santa Cruz | Santiago

Today visit Dragon Hill (Cerro Dragon) on Santa Cruz Island, offering fantastic views of the bay. In the morning, take a boat ride along the mangrove-lined shore where you may spot see numerous Galapagos birds, sea turtles and white-tipped sharks!

This afternoon, travel to Sullivan Bay and walk across lava fields!

Day 5: Genovesa

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This morning visit Genovesa Island, starting with a visit to El Barranco, also known as Prince Phillip's Steps. Climb up the steps in order to get a glimpse at the many Galapagos birds, such as the masked booby and the short-eared owl.

In the afternoon visit Darwin Bay. Here, observe magnificent Galapagos birds such as red-footed boobies, frigatebirds, gulls, and herons.

Day 6: Santa Cruz | Baltra

  • 1 Breakfast
Today take a boat ride to Black Turtle Cove, on Santa Cruz Island. Here see a variety of mangroves, and hope to spot some rays, sea turtles and white-tipped sharks!

After your visit, you are taken to the airport for your flight back to mainland Ecuador.
