Day 1: Baltra - North Seymour

  • 1 Dinner
Arrive at the Baltra airport and transfer to the Guantanamera.

In the afternoon, hike across the visitor trail on North Seymour, a one mile walk through low vegetation. Blue-footed-boobies are abundant on this rocky island.

Day 2: Leon Dormido - San Cristobal - Lobos

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Sail for Kicker Rock, a striking rock formation which juts out of the water and towers above the ocean. Spot a variety of marine life as your snorkel through the canal between the two formations.

Day 3: Espanola

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Journey to Suarez Point to view Blue-footed Boobies, albatrosses and Nazca Boobies. The most famous attraction on Espanola is a magnificent blowhole which spurts water high into the air. Take a two mile hike across the island.

In the afternoon, travel to Gardner Bay, the breeding site of most of the world´s 12,000 pairs of Waved Albatrosses. Gardner Bay features a large white sandy beach and the reef makes this location ideal for snorkeling and swimming with sea lions.

Day 4: Santa Fe - South Plaza Island

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
In the morning, sail for Santa Fe to view its Opuntia cactus forest. Snorkel in the picturesque turquoise lagoon and play with sea lions in the shallows.

After lunch, travel to South Plaza Island to view one of the largest populations of land iguanas in the Galapagos archipelago. Take a rocky trail which circumnavigates the island and displays a combination of dry and coastal vegetation zones.

Day 5: Santa Cruz Island

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Visit Los Gemelos (The Twins), two volcanic depressions found on the highest part of Santa Cruz. Locate vermillion flycatchers, woodpecker finches, and short eared owls as you walk around the area.

Day 6: Floreana

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Travel to Floreana to visit Post Office Bay, where an a wooden barrel was placed by 18th century whalers as an unofficial post office. The tradition has continued to this day, and travelers can leave addressed postcards and sort through the barrel for postcards close to their homes. Delivering one of these postcards is a rewarding experience.

In the afternoon, set sail for Cormorant Point which features a large flamingo lagoon. Take an optional hike or swim in the clear waters.

Day 7: Chinese Hat-Santa Cruz-Dragon Hill

  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Sail for Chinese Hat, a small island off the coast of Santiago that is an awesome opportunity to see and interpret geological features such as lava tubes and lava flows. Then sail to Dragon Hill to see flamingos, common stilts, pintail ducks and other species of birds. Take a short walk to the lagoon behind the beach.

Day 8: Santa Cruz Island - Baltra

  • 1 Breakfast
Make your way to Black Turtle Cove for your last morning's adventure.

In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your connection back to the mainland.
