Day 1: Athens, Greece

Arrive in sunwashed Athens in time to embark the L'Austral this afternoon.

Day 2: Bodrum, Turkey

Bodrum, the white town where Herodotus was born, was built to replace the ancient city of Halicarnassus at the beginning of the first millennium BC. Today it offers visitors a sinuous coastline of wonderful beaches and picturesque islands. Proudly standing on a rocky promontory in the heart of the bay, the 15th century Castle of St Peter was built by Knights of the Order of Hospitallers of St John, a monastic military order and ancestors of the Knights of Malta.

Day 3: Fethiye, Turkey

Nestled in a wide bay, this ancient city forming a magnificent natural port. Fethiye has also some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

Day 4: Antalya, Turkey

Built on a limestone plateau whose cliffs sweep down towards the bay and the old port, Antalya is known as the Turkish Riviera and also as “the land of all peoples”. The cradle of a number of civilizations including Romans, Byzantines, and the Seljug dynasty, the city is now home to the jewels of local architecture: finely carved woods, elegant tall minarets.

Day 5: Kekova, Turkey / Kas, Turkey

Once again, history and nature have created a beautiful landscape: islets, underwater relics etc. Between sea and mountain, Kas is a small and beautiful city with a refreshing serenity.

Day 6: Rhodes, Greece

Magnificent sites and monuments make this a magical island. Blessed with a lovely mild climate, Rhodes invites you to explore its pathways, immaculate tiny villages and its fabulous medieval city which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 7: Patmos, Greece

Call in to Patmos (Greece) where the crenellated silhouette of a monastery stands out against the hills.

Day 8: Athens, Greece

Disembark this morning for your continued journey home.
