Involves minimal physical effort and is typically associated with leisurely activities. Activities are low-intensity or last less than a few hours each day.
The trip starts at 8:00 AM from the Municipal Dock of Puerto Ayora.
Up to 16 travelers will take a 20 minute boat ride to a small Islet just outside the bay called La Loberia. Here you will have the opportunity to swim and snorkel with playful, curious sea lions and colorful fish for around 45 minutes. Afterwards, the cruise continues to the Channel of Love, which offers romantic scenery with its turquoise water. Blue-footed boobies also enjoy this special atmosphere.
The Channel of Sharks is an attention grabber, because of its mysteries. If you are lucky, plenty of white tip reef sharks can be observed from the cliff above the channel. A 30 minute walk through red landscape will bring you to the “Beach of the Dogs” with Opuntias and a large colony of marine iguanas.
The turbulent water meets the volcano rocks for a dramatic scene. Travelers are able to see pelicans and blue-footed boobies, as well as other Galapagos wildlife, do their daily activity.
Finally, the trip leads the group through salt fields, where the famous Galapagos salt is harvested. The amazing canyon of Las Grietas will open up with walls approximately 50 feet high! Who dares to jump into the crystal clear water and be an official Galapagos Cliff Diver? It is such a picture-perfect site for refreshing in barely salty water while protected from the sun.

Good to ideal period to travel, and many people choose to visit at this time.
The trip might have been the absolute best of our lifetime (thus far). We particularly want to commend our guide Peter in the Guilin area-he was so incredibly attentive, energetic, enthusiastic-and absolutely dedicated to ensuring that our meals were 100% vegetarian.
