Our wonderful trip to Belize began with four nights in the Jungle of Lamania. We stayed at the Lamanai Outpost Lodge and took day and night trips filled with adventure and amazement. Our guide, Maricio, took us on night safari, spear fishing, canoeing, birding and a wonderful trip to the local ruins.

Belize is an extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful country, only the size of Massachusetts or Wales with a population of just 294,000. We can highly recommend Belize to you all. We will return there, no doubt about that!

Our Belize trip was most-welcomed. I can hardly think of a better location, a more laid-back atmosphere, a more inviting people or region than Belize. From the moment Aaron and I arrived in the tiny airport of Belize City, I was immediately at ease.

We chose the 8 day Hamanasi Adventure for our first eco trip into Central America. Adventure Life has been wonderful from the first stages of planning to the limo trip back home from the airport!

As we walked down the aisle of the Continental jet, we could feel it getting hotter and humid, and it really hit us when we walked down the stairs to the tarmac at the Belize International Airport. We were really looking forward to this tropical weather.
