Accommodations are a common concern for travelers. Will the room be clean? Is the hotel located in a safe part of town? Will I have a bathroom? What about hot water, or running water of any kind?

On Adventure Life tours the answer to all these questions is 'yes', usually. Except for when camping or in a homestay, all of our accommodations are of top international quality. Every hotel that we use has been carefully chosen for it's cleanliness, location, and ambiance. All are small hotels and more than 90% are owned by the people who work the front desk, ensuring top quality and personal service. Our hotels are best thought of as bed-and-breakfasts, and travelers find that many of our hotels are furnished like top quality homes with thick comforters, antique dressers and bed stands, and an eclectic personal touch in each room.

In our hotels, steamy hot water is almost always available. Many have cable TV to catch CNN International after a hard day of exploring rural markets. All are located within walking distance of the town center, and the reception often speaks English. You will not, however, find any of our hotels listed under a Best Western International guide, nor are they similar to the Sheraton. These are family run establishments, meant to be as much a part of our traveler's good memories as any monkey swinging through the jungle. We do not cut corners anywhere in our tours, and our choice of accommodations always receives rave reviews.

In each town where we stay, 2-3 hotels of the same quality have been chosen by us. View our primary choice of these hotels by clicking on the links above.
