The restaurant is beautifully decorated with white stone walls and deep blue curtains, historic art, and huge windows facing the breathtaking landscape. The restaurant is complete with 3 meals per day, ranging from soups and sandwiches, to more elegant meals including fish, meat, and pastas. Pleasing both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike the restaurant offers a variety of simple appetizers and sandwiches to fish and meat entrees. Try the typical Ecuadorian soups, the fresh fish, and the rich desserts.

		Each room is unique and has a character all of its own. There are 16 suites with fireplaces that comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The rooms have sheepskin rugs, heavy blankets, and traditional art. Most rooms have a view overlooking the lovely gardens behind the Hacienda.
