Cuisine
The onsite organic vegetable garden provides the basis for healthy and gourmet meals. Dining options include delicious balanced meals based on the organic garden, all types of berries, apples and home-made products such as bread, patisserie, pasta, jams, honey, preserves and liqueurs. Enjoy your meals during the day with good argentine wines or beer.
Start each day with an array of home-made jams, fresh baked breads or a fresh berry tart from the organic orchard, along with a large selection of other foods at the breakfast buffet. Enjoy a delicious Patagonian ?asado? (barbecue) for lunch with excellent regional wines. For dinner linger over a selection of exquisitely prepared local dishes, all handcrafted with that special touch.
Accommodation
The lodge offers 13 rooms with views to the lake, distributed between two houses and several log cabins. All rooms are decorated in an elegant rustic style, with superb views wherever you are.
POPLAR HOUSE:
- Master Suite and Jr Suite on first floor. The Jr Suite can be turned into triple superior room and add up to five twin beds.
- Two double superior rooms at the ground floor
RADAL HOUSE:
- Jr Suite and standard room on first floor.

Room distinctions:
1. The Master Suite at the Poplar House has a balcony with views all around over the lake, the bay and the mountains, a double jacuzzi, glassed ceiling and a dressing room.
2. Junior Suites: There are two, one at the Poplar House (that can accommodate up to 5 guests in twin beds) and one at the Radal House, roomy, with a sitting area and beautiful views over the lake.
3. Double Superior rooms: have private bathroom with bathtub and beautiful views to the lake. There are four; two at the Poplar House and two at the Radal House.
4. Standard Room: Onene at the Radal House, cozy, overlooking the valley and mountains behind. With twin beds and private bathroom.
CREEK CABIN: has one double bedroom and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The bathroom has only a shower, no bathtub. View to the creek and vegetable garden.
COIHUE CABIN: has two double rooms, a comfortable living room with fireplace overlooking the creek and the lake. A nice pergola attached to the cabin offers shade in the sunny afternoons. It also has an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
MOUNTAIN CABIN: has two double rooms and an open loft overlooking the living room with three more beds (no doors) - capacity for up to seven people. It has one bathroom, separating the bathtub from the washing basin, so it might be used by two, simultaneously. It stands on the mountain slope, in the midst of the forest with hiking trails leading into different directions. A wooden deck offers wonderful views over the lake and facing mountains.

The lodge is located in a wonderful corner of South America, Argentina, Patagonia, where Bariloche reveals the splendour of Nahuel Huapi National Park in the Lake District. The grounds are surrounded by the mountains and Lake Guti?rrez, in close proximity to Mascardi Lake, Mt. Catedral and Mt. Tronador.
