Restaurant Coir?n
The flavor of the end of the world fills the restaurant. Enjoy exquisite Patagonia cuisine on the international level and find dishes that will carry you away.
Hotel Las Torres produces the majority of the food served at the Las Torres restaurant. Count with greenhouses that oversee the growth of the tomatoes and squash. The fields offers a variety of delicacies such as strawberries, raspberries and cherries. In the land close to the Hotel Las Torres cattle, sheep and pigs are raised for consumption, just minutes from your table top.
Both the farm and the greenhouses meet all organic food production standards. The use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, food supplements or growth hormones is prohibited. Therefore, to maintain soil productivity, supply of nutrients to plants, controlling weeds, insects and other threats are controlled by the rotation of plantations, natural fertilizers and manual recollection.

Pisco Sour and Chilean wines taste different when one is at the foothills of a beautiful mountain. You are invited to enjoy the fascinating view of Almirante Nieto Mount while tasting the best cocktails and food the region has to offer. Open from 9 AM to 11 PM daily, enjoy a selection of drinks, cocktails and liqueurs, as well as regional and national beer, sandwiches, snacks, salads, coffee and cakes.
All guests are invited to enjoy delicious homemade Regional Drinks such as Calafate Sour, with the fruit of the famous bush Calafate, the Pisco Sour Pioneer, with natural mint from the organic garden, or the Flamenco Magellan, which allows you enjoying the delicious taste of Rhubarb, the typical plant inhabiting the region of Magallanes.

Gift Shop & Kiosk
Right outside the reception browse the gift shop where you will be able to find handcrafts of regional artists, such as ethnic masks elaborated with Lenga wood, silver and lapiz ?zuli jewelry, woolens, and many other Chilean products. Outdoor equipment, clothes, and other products of interest such as maps and interesting books on regional flora and fauna are also available. Groceries to take on hiking excursions are also for sale - please visit the Kiosk where you will be able to purchase everything from snacks to drinks to pharmacy products.
Organic Garden
Since the family Kusanovic has owned the farm Cerro Paine, most of the vegetables are cultivated here. A passion for sustainable tourism and the real want to maintain a tradition, have caused that today?s organic garden Las Torres provides approximately 30% of all plants and vegetables eaten in the Hotel.
Two people work exclusively in the garden, producing lettuce, tomatoes, parsley, cilantro and strawberries. There are also fruit trees such as pear, apple, etc.
All travelers and guests are invited to explore the garden. If you decide to enjoy the food service, you will probably enjoy the flavor of the vegetables grown in Patagonia, without any chemicals. All used fertilizers are organic and are part of proposed long-term sustainability project which we have implemented.
Stables
Las Torres has stables located just 100 meters from the hotel, where Baqueanos work daily. The tour service (on horseback) is one of the main attractions of the Hotel Las Torres. 150 docile horses are dedicated to enjoying the National Park in this unique and different way. Horses are routinely examined by a group of vetrinarians, to best fulfill the safety standards taking in consideration both visitors and the animals.
