Park Eden

Park Eden bed and breakfastPark Eden is a cozy bed-and-breakfast retreat in El Valle, Panama. It offers first-class lodging comfort and excellent opportunities for bird watchers, as well as being ideally located for eco-adventure and near a colorful Sunday market. The hotel is less than two hours from Panama City, and just 40 minutes from the beach. El Valle is a picturesque environment, in the crater of an extint prehistoric volcano, home to colorful tropical vegetation and wildlife. Your hosts at Park Eden are Lionel and Monica Alemán Toledano, who speak fluent English and Spanish.

Gardens at Park EdenPark Eden is situated in the midst of two acres of lush green gardens which are home to centuries-old trees and many species of tropical birds. The rooms are amply sized and well appointed, with private bathrooms, hot water, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Several plazas are available for outdoor dining, barbecues, or evening cocktails. A full-course "Pan-American Royal Breakfast" is served each morning, and tea accompanied by homemade biscuits or pastries is served each afternoon.

El Valle is one of Panama's best areas for bird watching, with 71 species of birds observable on Park Eden's grounds.
