Beachview standard rooms are 16 ft. x 24 ft. with king or twin beds on the first floor, or king beds on the second. Rooms also have a futon couch for an additional person. The first floor rooms have a front entrance and overlook the pool and beach or beach trees and the beach, whereas the second floor has cathedral ceilings and front and back doors with balconies. Private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private terrace. Equipped with jalousie windows, screens, hairdryer, safe, phone, cable TV, small refrigerator.
- Oceanfront Junior Suites
Our oceanfront junior suites are 24 ft. x 24 ft. with king beds only. Junior suites also have a futon couch in the main bedroom for an additional person and a tiny room with bunk beds off the main bedroom (suitable for 2 children). The junior suites have large private terraces and direct views of the beach and sea. Private bath, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private terrace. Equipped with jalousie windows, screens, hairdryer, safe, phone, cable TV, small refrigerator.
- Oceanview Deluxe Suites
Our one and two bedroom oceanview deluxe suites have a king-bedded master bedroom and a separate living room that has a futon couch and a day bed (suitable for a child). In the two bedrooms suites the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up into a king. These suites are equipped with a kitchenette. Both the bedroom and living room have separate access to the bathroom, and both rooms have separate access to the huge, wrap-around deck that overlooks the beach and sea. - Grand Villa Standard Rooms
Our Grand Villa Gardenview Standard Rooms are 500 square feet and feature spacious bedroom with king or twin accommodations and private terrace that overlook a tranquil beach garden. Each gardenview bedroom is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans, private bath with shower, cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, safe and small refrigerator.
- Grand Villa One Bedroom Suite
The oceanfront one bedroom Grand Villa suites include a spacious living room and bedroom, both of which have breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The living room and bedroom open onto a 16-foot terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. The bedroom has a full bath with shower, double sinks, cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, safe and small refrigerator. The suite is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans and screens.
- Grand Villa Two Bedroom Suite
The oceanfront two-bedroom Grand Villa Suites included one bedroom facing the beach, while the second bedroom overlooks a tropical garden. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can also be made up into a king. Each bedroom has a private terrace and separate access to the outside from the living room and from both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full bath with shower and double sinks, cable TV, telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, safe and small refrigerator. The common living room and master bedroom opens onto a 16-foot terrace that overlooks the beach and ocean. The spacious living room has a sofa.
- Grand Villa Three Bedroom Suites
The oceanfront three bedroom Grand Villa Suites have two bedrooms and the common living room on the second floor, while the third bedroom is rooftop and is known as the Penthouse Bedroom. The second floor bedrooms include one that faces the beach and one that overlooks a tropical garden. The beachfront bedroom has a king bed and the garden bedroom has twin beds that can be made up into a king. The Penthouse bedroom has a king bed and a sitting room, with a futon that can accommodate an additional person. The Penthouse bedroom has fabulous views of the ocean. All the bedrooms have private terraces and separate access to/from the outside. Each bedroom has a full bath with shower and double sinks, cable TV, telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, safe and small refrigerator. The common living roomopens onto a 16-foot terrace that overlooks the beach and ocean and has a daybed sofa that can sleep an additional person. The three bedroom Grand Villa Suites are fully air-conditioned, and have ceiling fans. The living room and Penthouse bedroom have cathedral ceilings. A few of the Grand Villa Suites also have kitchenettes.
- Penthouse Bedroom
The oceanfront Penthouse Bedroom, is part of the 3-bedroom Grand Villa Suite, but can be rented separately when the 3-bedroom suite is not being used. It has private access from the outside. The Penthouse bedroom has a king bed, with a futon that can accommodate additional person. The Penthouse bedroom has an oceanfront balcony with fabulous views of the ocean. The Penthouse Bedroom has cathedral ceilings and a full bath with shower and double sinks, cable TV, telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, safe and small refrigerator. It is air conditioned, has ceiling fans, and screens.

The Inn at Robert\'s Grove offers two delicious and distinct dining venues ? its acclaimed fine dining Seaside Restaurant and the more casual Habanero Mexican Cafe & Bar.
SEASIDE RESTAURANT
The Inn?s fine dining Seaside Restaurant is right on the beach with spectacular views of the Caribbean. The Seaside is open year-round for 3 meals per day and serves international and local cuisine, including freshly caught fish and seafood and US imported beef.
HABANERO MEXICAN CAFE & BAR
The Habanero overlooks the Placencia Lagoon at the Robert?s Grove Marina. Open for dinner, sunset cocktails and late night drinks. (Habanero closes for summer vacation ? June through October)

- Snorkel
The Inn at Robert\'s Grove has six dive & snorkeling boats and a resident staff of snorkeling guides. You\'ll be whisked away to Belize\'s Barrier Reef (the second largest in the world) and the many beautiful cayes nearby, such as Laughingbird Caye National Park, for a great day of snorkeling.
- Whale Sharks
The Whale Shark, Rhincodon typus, is a slow filter feeding shark that is the largest living fish species. There is a migration in March, April, May, and June, when the sharks are observed at the Gladden Area by divers and snorkelers. Each year, during the full moon, Mutton and Cuberra snapper spawn at the Marine Reserve. The giant whale sharks come from far away to feed on the spawn and to mate.

To the south of Placencia lies Monkey River, a birdwatcher\'s paradise up a tropical river. Much of Monkey River has been declared a Special Conservation Area, with howler monkeys and toucans in the tropical rainforest canopy, and manatee at the mouth of the river.

For the real adventurous, to the north lies the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary or Jaguar Reserve, the world\'s first protected area set aside to preserve the greatest cat in the new world - the jaguar. While you will be lucky to spot a jaguar, you will experience his habitat of a tropical rainforest.

Visit the Maya Ruin site of Lubaantun and then hike to the caves of Blue Creek, where you will go cave swimming.

The Mayan Ruins of Lubaantun and Nim Li Punit lie to the south in the beautiful Toledo District you\'ll travel by road from Robert\'s Grove to visit them. Lubaantun is the largest Mayan site in Toledo sitting high on a ridge in the tropical rainforest above a valley cut by the Columbia River.

A three and a half hour guided tour in kayaks down the tropical South Stann Creek River where you will observe pristine tropical rainforest and wildlife.

Experience Belize\'s magnificent tropical rainforest on horseback. Robert\'s Grove offers the only Horseback Riding tour available in southern Belize at Little Bill Hill Ranch. Located in San Roman Village (a 25 minute trip from Robert\'s Grove), Little Bill Hill is an 1800 acre Ranch with 10 miles of riding trails through untouched tropical rainforest and open fields.

Dive Center
The Placencia Peninsula, where the Inn at Robert\'s Grove is located, is the springboard to some of the most exciting dive sites in the world. Boasting a broad expanse of coral reef with channels that go down from 90 to 110 feet, but rising abruptly into shoals and cayes. At last official count there are a minimum of 20 named dive sites in the southern waters of Belize, off Placencia, bursting with untouched coral and abundant fish life.
The Dive Center makes trips to both the Inner and Outer Reef, each with its special features. Most of these dives are boat dives and divers are accompanied by a certified, insured PADI Dive Master or higher rating.
The Dive Center at Robert?s Grove, member of PADI Int?l Resort Assn, is the newest of just a handful of dive centers currently operating out of Placencia. As a result, the dive center is fully equipped with brand-new, top-of-the-range Oceanic equipment, tried, tested, and trusted.
The Inn?s Dive Center is staffed by experienced PADI divemasters and instructors and several licensed boat captains and snorkeling guides. We have a fleet of dive boats, including a 48-foot Pro Dive Boat, equipped with 3 engines and combined 1100 horsepower, and two 30-foot dive boats, each with two Honda fourstroke 130-HP engines.
The dive center is extremely safety conscious and environmentally aware. Boats are equipped with life preservers, flares, VHF marine radios and cell phones. Oxygen is also carried on all the boats and Dive Center staff is medically trained in first aid, CPR and oxygen delivery, as well as carry a local protocol system in place in the event someone should experience decompression illness. Additionally, the dive center has a pure air system set up that encourages pure compress breathing air. Air is checked quarterly by Trace Analytics, Inc., of Austin TX.
