Rolfing family trip to the Galapagos: after a whirlwind tour of quito, my family (my parents, brother and my husband) boarded a flight to the land of the unknown... a land we had dreamed about since our last south american family adventure in the early 90's. none of us knew what to expect but we were filled with excitement as we realized we were actually, finally, visiting the Galapagos islands.

I was fortunate enough to experience the Galapagos Islands, but even better my parents were able to join me! We took the 10 day Galapagos cruise on the Mary Anne sailboat that gave us the true seafaring experience.

Fantastic trip through the Scared Valley to Machu Picchu, then out the the Galapagos for a once in a lifetime journey.

To dream is to be alive! Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed about visiting the Galapagos Islands. Little did I know, that one day I would achieve that dream, not from Montreal where I was born, but from the Yukon, in northern Canada.

The landscape, the animals, the ship, and the service - all were outstanding!

A fabulous and educational trip to the Galapagos Islands and Peru with our daughters. Definitely a trip of a lifetime for our family.

During the Summer of 2009 I promised my grandson that the following summer, after his high school graduation, I'd take him anywhere in the world as long as he was willing to travel with me. He chose the Galapagos Archipelago.

Following in Darwin's footsteps, I will be going to Ecuador, starting in Quito and ending in the Galapagos Islands. I have my backpack, my water shoes, guide to Ecuador and of course, my camera. Can't leave home without it. Buen viaje and vamos!

Galapagos Adventure: Memories of my amazing vacation! After being on over 22 cruises on big ships, I was looking for a different experience. I think Adventure Life did a outstanding job with all the arrangements, informative guides and staff before, during and after our Galapagos cruise on the Millennium.

What a trip! I'll let the pictures speak for themselves - there's probably no need for descriptions, but I'll give it a shot. Can't wait to go back to see some of the other islands that we weren't able to visit this time.
