Monika and Marissa were both very prompt in responding to any emails I sent. They were also very thorough, organized, and friendly. Adventure Life is a very organized and well-run company. I would highly recommend them to others.

In Boquete, Isla Verde was such a cute place. The grounds were beautiful and the owner very friendly. She even brought us breakfast the night before because she knew we would be leaving for a tour before breakfast began the next morning. In Bocas, Hotel Bocas del Toro was also a great place. The room was spacious and had very pretty woodwork. It was in a great location of Bocas Town. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and the owner was also very helpful in recommending things to do. In Panama City, Seville Suites was very spacious and nice as well. It was in a good location for walking around the city for dinner and shopping.

Everything ran like clock-work. We had a bad delay from our international flight, but the Panama tour company, Tecal Tours, was waiting for us right when we arrived the next morning. They adjusted our tour that day so that we wouldn't miss out. After each plane ride, there was a driver or the tour company waiting for us. We felt like celebrities!

Our tour guide from Tecal Tours, Benny, was awesome. He was so friendly. He was very knowledgeable of the history of Panama City. We really enjoyed eating lunches with him too. He was great! Our rafting guides for the Chiriqui Viejo River were also great, Jesus and Omar. They were a lot of fun, friendly, and knowledgable about the river. Our tour guide from Gamboa Rainforest Resort, Adriana, was wonderful. She was so friendly and upbeat. She was also very knowledgeable about the area.

We really enjoyed our tour. Everything ran so smoothly. We liked the variety of locations we visited- mountains, city, and Islands. It gave us a great overview of Panama. The Panamanian people were very friendly. We loved our tour guides. We also loved that our tour was independent. We weren't with a group, but were able to be on our own, but have the peace of mind of knowing the transportation, hotels, and tours were pre-arranged by a knowledgeable company. Thank you for the awesome tour- we really enjoyed it and would recommend you to others!
