Marissa was wonderfully responsive and helpful, especially regarding our particular issues with storing luggage in Belize and coordinating Becca flying in from Costa Rica.

We absolutely loved Pook's Hill and Vicky was extraordinarily helpful in rearranging our itinerary due to sickness of Jeff. The room in Tikal was lovely and the location was terrific. The Tides Resort was in a great spot and run by really great people.

It exceeded all of our expectations. Between the natural beauty of Belize and Tikal and the professionalism of the staff and guides we met along the way, it was truly a trip to remember.
