Our guide was terrific, he went above and beyond, even got my bag resewn by the local shoemaker when it was ripped.

I was excited to see the birds (I'm a birder), but the sealions were what realy blew me away. They were so playful and charismatic.

Fillipe was so knowledgable and would answer all of our never ending questions. He humored us with answers from "what's that?" to "why"s that". He knew everyone it seemed, which made it seem even more like we were his guest in his country! The local guides were very knowledgable also and pointed out things that we might have missed. Gordo would dive down to bring our attention to things, Carlos on Santa Cruz was great with the bird, and Carlos on Isabella was good because he was so communicative. Important safety reminder....if you are severly cacasan like I am....the sun laughs at 30 SPF at the equator... Tell others to take more tip money, they take such good care of you, we went through ours in no time, and had to get more!
