Polar Star

Adventure Life took care of getting me everything I needed to book the trip and be sure I was ready when I arrived. Very attentive and accessable. I'm completely satisfied with your service. I've been wanting to go to Antarctica for over half my life, so I was worried it wouldn't live up to the anticipation. I don't think you can understand how beautiful of a place it is until you see it. Pictures and explanations will never do it justice
The seas were rough at times, so if you can't handle that maybe it isn't for you, but it is completely worth it to get to see the spectacular scenery and wildlife. Completely unlike anywhere I've been before - the animals aren't the least bit afraid of you, which lets you really see them up close. When we got back, I nearly bought a ticket to leave on the ship again that same afternoon.
Expedition staff on the ship was very enthusiastic and friendly. They were very willing to make adjustments to the trip to allow the passengers to spend more time on the things we wanted to see more of. The food was great, and they somehow managed to keep the lettuce fresh for 3 weeks?!

the trip and the whole thing that the "Polar Star " put on was great . staff were very very good to all the passengers and i would certainly recommend them to anybody who is thinking of a cruise to either the great white south or to where ever they cruise . the ship crew and staff were the best . the animals of South Georgia were something else and all who like nature should take a cruise in that part of the world . just starting to go through the many "holiday" snaps .
Falklands Quest

This was well off the beaten track tour with no more than six other participants at any one time. The hosts, tour guides and tour operator in Stanley were all warm and friendly and very proficient. They were always willing to out their way to help us. The food was mostly fantastic - always plentiful and good.
