(Taste of Argentina, Mar 2007)We loved staying in boutique-style hotels and especially loved the Casa de la Bodega and Huaira Huasi. Our guide, Emiliano, was absolutely fantastic-we could not have asked for a better-informed or more charming guide. Our driver, Marcus, was excellent and made us feel very safe, even while navigating challenging terrain. The food on our tour was excellent and Emiliano's restaurant suggestions were always on the mark!
Thank you Adventure Life for organizing a wonderful trip. Every connection worked and the hotels were small, but interesting and in great locations. They were exactly what we had hoped for. Our travel companions were two delightful ladies who shared our sense of adventure and were great fun to be with. We can't say enough about Emiliano Gomez-a memorable man who showed us places, people, foods, music, art, and landscapes we could never have discovered on our own.
