(Guantanamera, May 2008)Luis in Ecuador was one of the most fun guides we've had on our many travels around the world.
A brief story might be best to explain the fun we had. We had the idea(after Luis took us to the fruit and vegetable market in Cuenca), that if it could be arranged, we would go to the market and buy all kinds of unique fruits and veggies, he would talk to the cook at the Hotel Crespo and they could prepare us a variety of Ecuadorian dishes. Of course Luis arranged this, we brought back nearly everything in the market and a feast to feed a King was prepared. An unbelievable experience not to be forgotten. Thanks again Luis!
