(Rainforest and Ruins & Guatemala Classico, Jan 2008)All of the guides were good, friendly, thorough etc. Lionel, & Ben at Pook's Hill and their level of professionalism, knowledge of local culture, archaeology and science were far beyond what we expected. It was very enjoyable (and informative) touring with them. We had a great time, saw very much, learned very much. The trip surpassed what I had expected. I think that the key positive aspects for me were the natural beauty of the areas and people, the professionalism of the guides and the reliable nature of the accommodations and transfers.
