Marissa Jansen went above and beyond in not only helping to plan the trip but in providing much needed help and support on the way to Belize when my sister and I missed our connection in Miami.
The resort was even better than I had hoped. No complaints with anything. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, very flexible. Food at the lodge was excellent.
Trip was great. Good mix of activities with plenty of downtime if you wanted it.
