(Ancient Kingdoms, Feb 2009)It is difficult to praise this programme too highly - both for content and for organization, the latter being totally seamless. The guides in Chiclayo, Trujillo and Cusco/Machu Picchu were excellent, were informative, fluent in English, and patient inasmuchas we never felt hurried at any of the museums or archaeological sites that we visited and our questions were answered completely to our satisfaction at all times. We had arranged an extra day in Lima, after our travel day, which gave us a chance to visit two major museums there - the Larco Museum and the National Museum of Archaeology, both of which were thoroughly worthwhile and which should be recommended to future Peru Adventure clients.
