(10 day Luxury Legend Galapagos tour, Dec 2002)We just returned from our 10 day Galapagos trip and I wanted to complement you and your staff on a wonderful vacation! We had a detour at the beginning of the trip that could have been a total disaster but your staff in Ecuador saved the day... (Your Ecuador coordinator) was unbelievable!!!!! Hang on to her. I can’t even remember a time when we had better customer service. Additionally, the trip itself was absolutely amazing. The ship was beautiful and everything that we had been promised. All the guides and the crew were knowledgeable and professional. Mary and Colin from the Montana staff were also great as I drove them crazy with my 20 questions but they answered everything and always followed up. I was recommending Adventure Life to others on our cruise; some of them had horrible service from their tour companies. I will continue to recommend you to anyone that wants to go to South or Central America and we will definitely use you in the future.
