Enjoy a variety of safari activities in an area that rivals the best safari destinations in all Africa. Game viewing takes place on the ground on game drives, by foot with walking safaris, and on the water with boating and canoeing. Spot some of the over 500 species of birds along the river's edges or try your hand at some of the best sportfishing offered in the world. Fishing is successful year-round with opportunities to catch a variety of species, but the best time to try to catch the famed tigerfish is in the warmer months of September to December.
Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.
