Islands of the Caribbean Mountains by the ocean in St Lucia Soufriere bay, St Lucia Panorama of Les Saintes St Barts harbor view

Day 1 Castries St. Lucia | Embark

Embark SeaDream I in Castries St. Lucia.

Day 2 Port Elizabeth, Bequia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Bequia is the northernmost and largest of the Grenadines, just seven square miles of quiet lagoons, reefs, and long silvery stretches of beach. Among the first things, you may notice the colorful model boats set up on stands around the tiny harbor, representing the island's maritime history. If you are lucky enough to have a late call, don’t miss Mac’s Lobster Pizza.

Day 3 Soufriere Bay, Saint Lucia | Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Soufriere, a small town on the South West Coast of Saint Lucia is considered by many as the island’s gem. The town and the surrounding region has a population of 8,000. Originally founded by the French, it was the original capital of the island. Soufriere has a great deal to offer visitors including coral reefs, the rainforest, Diamond Falls, the sulfur springs, a “drive-in” volcano and the ever popular and majestic twin Pitons. Check the Land Adventure options that you can enjoy. You may also sit back in one of the Balinese dream beds and witness a beautiful sunset.

Rodney Bay is a bay on the North West coast of Saint Lucia; it is along the northwestern coast of the island to the north of Choc Bay. It is named after British naval officer George Brydges Rodney. Sea Dream I anchors and offer tender service to one of the local bars or direct to the marina. Guests can enjoy the Yachting Land Adventures, water sports, the local beaches or a hike to Pigeon Island.

Day 4 Iles des Saintes, Guadeloupe, F.W.I.

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
The SeaDream anchorage off the island of Terre-de-Haut (part of the Iles des Saintes group of Islands) is one of the most picturesque in the entire Caribbean. Your SeaDream yacht anchors in the bay off Bourg des Saintes, the main village on the island. Just beyond the sister island of Ilet a Cabrit to the north, you can see the main island of Guadeloupe and volcanic La Soufriere mountain with a height of about 1,466 meters/4,810 feet. A short ride onboard your SeaDream tender takes you right into the center of this charming village with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is highly recommended to stroll along with the picturesque streets and colorfully painted houses, soaking in the relaxed blend of the island's French, Mediterranean & Caribbean atmosphere. If you feel energetic, you may hike up to Fort Napoleon, which has been converted into a museum, for some stunning hilltop views. You can't miss it; just turn left as you come off the pier and proceed about one mile, uphill. The museum is generally open from 0900-1230 hours and charges a small entrance fee so bring your Euros. And watch your step- the grounds around the fort are also home to a unique cactus garden and iguanas. Feeling even more energetic? Take out one of the SeaDream mountain bikes! Are you looking for some sun, sand, beach and palm trees? An onboard Club Director knows a great beach just a short 20-25 minute, mostly flat, stroll from town. Along the walk, keep your eyes on the trees as there are some of the island's iguanas that often spot. Grab your sunscreen, a bottle of water and a towel from the yacht, underdress in your bathing suit and "hit the road" for some sunny hours at the beach. Casual, fun and free! During your visit to the island, the SeaDream marina opens up for swimming and water sports activities from the yacht. Check your daily program for the hours.

Day 5 Sandy Ground, Anguilla,B.W.I. | Gustavia, St. Barths, F.W.I.

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
This British Overseas Territory is becoming more popular due to the incredible resort options as well as world recognized beaches and amazing golf. SeaDream offers an opportunity to tee off, swim with dolphins or for the energetic, bike around the island with the Captain or Club Director. Naturally, a water sport is offered while the ship anchored off Sandy Ground.

Day 6 Gustavia, St. Barths, F.W.I.

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
Perhaps the most treasured destination in the Caribbean! This small island belonging to the French West Indies has so much to offer to the SeaDream guests. Incredible shopping only steps away from the pier. Incredible beaches, resorts, restaurants, and activities both day and night. SeaDream has created various land adventures for you to discover the island from sea or land. Ask one of the officers to take you on a hike or bike ride around the island. Another great activity here is to simply relax and watch all of the incredible yachts arriving and departing just off your SeaDream yacht.

Day 7 White Bay, Jost van Dyke, B. V. I.

  • Ship
  • 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner
The BVI’s barefoot island and home of the "Painkiller" drink. Population depends on the month – typically 250-300. This is another SeaDream destination where you may be served Champagne and Caviar in the surf followed by a beach barbecue lunch. A hike is always offered to guests to visit the famous Foxy’s Bar at Great Harbour (hopefully, the boutique is open) or you can stroll a few meters down the beach to the Soggy Dollar Bar. Snorkeling equipment is provided as well as some of the water toys!

Day 8 San Juan, Puerto Rico | Disembark

  • 1 Breakfast
San Juan, founded in the 1520s by Spanish settlers, is both the largest city and the capital city of Puerto Rico. A territory of the United States, Puerto Rico is comprised of the large main island as well as five smaller islands, including the popular islands of Vieques and Culebra (both ports of call on select SeaDream voyages). SeaDream docks in Old San Juan, the oldest part of the city. Parts of this historic port city are still surrounded by stone walls dating back to the 1500s. Narrow cobblestone streets, small shops, and points of interest like Cathedral of San Juan Bautista make this charming city a great place to stroll. Guests sailing into or departing from San Juan
can enjoy views of Castillo de San Felipe del Morro, a mid- 1700’s Spanish fortress. San Juan Luiz Munoz Marin Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive to the port in Old San Juan. Currency in Puerto Rico is USD.

This was our first trip to South America and we were a little nervous. But Adventure Life made things so easy! All our questions were answered before we left, and our guide, Vidal, was amazing! He gave us enough space to explore without rushing us along. He also knew where the best picture taking opportunities were, which was great.
