Explore beautiful Barbados before embarking on your Caribbean adventure. The Island itself includes UNESCO Heritage Sites, excellent beaches and history dating back to 1628. The climate is tropical with constant warm temperatures during the year cooled by light trade winds. Discover the rich local culture and enjoy the natural beauty of Bridgetown, then board your ship and set sail on your journey this afternoon.
Rodney Bay is a bay on the northwest coast of Saint Lucia, along the northwestern coast of the island to the north of Choc Bay. It is named after British naval officer George Brydges Rodney. The ship anchors and offers tender service to one of the local bars or directly to the marina. Enjoy an optional land excursion or water sports, relax on the local beaches, or take a hike to Pigeon Island.
The SeaDream anchorage off the island of Terre-de-Haut (part of the Iles des Saintes group of Islands) is one of the most picturesque in the entire Caribbean. Your SeaDream yacht anchors in the bay off Bourg des Saintes, the main village on the island. Just beyond the sister island of Ilet a Cabrit to the north, you can see the main island of Guadeloupe and volcanic La Soufriere mountain with a height of about 1,466 meters/4,810 feet. A short ride onboard your SeaDream tender takes you right into the center of this charming village with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. Stroll along the picturesque streets and colorfully painted houses, soaking in the relaxed blend of the island's French, Mediterranean & Caribbean atmosphere. Hike up to Fort Napoleon, which has been converted into a museum, for some stunning hilltop views. You can't miss it; just turn left as you come off the pier and proceed about one mile, uphill. Watch your step - the grounds around the fort are also home to a unique cactus garden and iguanas. If you're looking for even more adventure, take out one of the mountain bikes! Those looking for some sun, sand, beach and palm trees can enjoy a gentle stroll just outside of town to a fantastic relaxing beach. Along the walk, look out for some of the island's iguanas. During your visit to the island, the SeaDream marina opens up for swimming and water sports activities from the yacht.
South Friar's Bay offers guests a new way to explore the island of St. Kitts. Rather than docking at the capital, the yacht anchors in the bay. This particular bay is one of the two bays stretching along the coast of the isthmus connecting the Southeast Peninsula with the rest of the island of Saint Kitts. From swimming and snorkeling on the south side to body surfing on the north, Friar's Bay offers several options for aquatic adventure. Many locals consider the southern beach the best on the island. Work up an appetite and stop at one of the multiple beach bars, offering various food and beverage options. The island itself offers several optional land excursions, including the UNESCO-Awarded Brimstone Fortress, Zip Lines, off-road adventures and golf at the Royal St. Kitts.
Perhaps the most treasured destination in the Caribbean, this small island belonging to the French West Indies has so much to offer to its guests. Incredible shopping only steps away from the pier, sparkling beaches and resorts, restaurants and activities open all day and night. Join an optional land excursion to discover the island from sea or land. Ask one of the officers to take you on a hike or bike ride around the island, or simply relax and watch all of the incredible yachts arriving and departing just off shore.
A stunning island situated in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda and got its name because of the large flowering cactus all over the island. The island was declared a National Park in 1988, so the 180 acres have no further development, preserving the natural beauty. Breathtaking hiking trails start from the main beach's Vixen Point, winding around the island and passing salt ponds along the trail to the north shore, which has some amazing secluded beaches.

Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.

Adventure Life has been an extraordinary travel resource for us over the years and today was no exception. Our River Cruise booking was handled by Jess (who has been our personal trip planner for several years) the same day as our inquiry. Suggestions were given for cabin choice and pre-trip options (that were not shown on the cruise line's website) like airport transfers and prepaid gratuities. Trip insurance recommendations followed and we were assigned a travel co-ordinator till the end of the tour. All we have to do is show up! Great service from friendly folks.

Our travel was flawless! The rider pickup (airport, hotel, ship) was seamless. Jane's recommendation for Emerald Cruise Sakara was everything I wanted but the experience was soooo much more. Adventure Life took care of each and every detail and this was the easiest of all my travels.
