Between late November and December is the best time to visit St. George's. The temperature is comfortable with averages around 75-80 (24-27 Celsius) and there aren't too many crowds as the high season is just commencing. At the end of November you may experience a few rainy days; but they're infrequent and don't last long. Lodging and airfare prices will also be considerably less expensive during these months which can be a major upside.
Between January and April is the most popular time to visit Grenada. The temperature is fairly hot with averages in the mid 80's (around 29 Celsius). Everything on the island will be in full swing but this is the high season so hotels and activities will be at their most expensive. Additionally, there will be crowds throughout the popular destinations on the island.
Between May and mid-November crowds shrivel and some hotels will be closed as the country begins preparing for hurricane season which lasts from July until September. That being said, some hotels in St. George's are still open with extremely reduced rates: but if you choose to travel during this time you should expect a lot of rain along with the island's greenery in its prime. If you travel, especially during these months, it's highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for any emergencies.

Adventure Life has been an extraordinary travel resource for us over the years and today was no exception. Our River Cruise booking was handled by Jess (who has been our personal trip planner for several years) the same day as our inquiry. Suggestions were given for cabin choice and pre-trip options (that were not shown on the cruise line's website) like airport transfers and prepaid gratuities. Trip insurance recommendations followed and we were assigned a travel co-ordinator till the end of the tour. All we have to do is show up! Great service from friendly folks.

Our travel was flawless! The rider pickup (airport, hotel, ship) was seamless. Jane's recommendation for Emerald Cruise Sakara was everything I wanted but the experience was soooo much more. Adventure Life took care of each and every detail and this was the easiest of all my travels.
