She is named after the Arctic crown of Norway – the archipelago of Spitsbergen. After a complete reconstruction, MS Spitsbergen now features elegant, modern, comfortable public areas and cabins and the decor that reflects the color palette of the sea. The ship is environmentally-friendly and improvements have be made to reduce emissions and fuel consumption. She is equipped and adapted for sailings in polar waters.

This was my first experience with Adventure Life - and I couldn't have been more pleased with the trip. The guides and local staff in both Buenos Aires and Uruguay were terrific - extremely helpful and accommodating.
