Meet our guide in the morning at your hotel for the transfer. On arrival in the Mekong Delta, your bikes are set up as you enjoy coffee or tea at a small village café. When the bikes are ready, you head off riding through the stunning countryside on paved rural roads, past countless rice paddies, vegetable farms, and orchards full of locally grown fruit. The Mekong is Vietnam's most abundant agricultural region and it's also home to local artisans and weavers. Stop at a small shop to see traditional woven mats and visit a nearby cocoa plantation. The chocolate in this region is world-renowned.

As you head further south along concrete canal paths, the vegetation grows denser and the streams start to look more like the larger tributaries of the Mekong. Visit a busy marketplace without the crush of tourists, as well as many other surprise stops along the route. Lunch is served in a private home outside the village, with food sourced from the nearby fresh food market. The day concludes with a private boat transfer along one of the region's beautiful waterways.
