Nicaragua Weather
Janet Grischy
Nicaragua has a tropic climate. Days are warm, and nights are cooler but still balmy. The two seasons are the rainy and the dry, with the dry season running from December through April. There are 300 days of sunshine a year here, though, so visit any time. The highlands are cooler, with daytime temperatures of about 70 or 80 degrees, and of course there are cooling breezes on the beaches and the lakeside.
