My husband and I traveled to Belize for our first trip ever to Central America! It surpassed our every expectation!

Our Belize trip to Hamanasi December 2011. A fun week of relaxing adventure in tropical luxury. Got up before dawn to watch the sun rise over Hamanasi\'s beach. Spent all morning just sitting on the beach and soaking in the warm moist air. Wanted to stay forever...

A wonderful time in Belize discovering the Blue Hole, Glovers Reef and South Reef as well as the jungle of the Jaguar Preserve and Mayflower Park. Tikal in Guatemala is the cherry on the sunday.

This was truly an adventure of a lifetime in Belize. From the jungle to the ruins to the reef off Ambergris Caye - it was all a unique and wonderful experience on our Belize tour: Here are some photos of all that we encountered: Belize Zoo, Rio Macal, Xunantunich, Caracol, Rio On Pools, Rio Frio Cave, Actun Tunichil Muknal Cave, and Ambergris Caye.

Belize is wonderful, so much diversity, jungle, animals, beautiful birds, ruins, barrier reef (which is the second largest in the world). I loved the jungle, the people that I met on our Belize tour, the children playing like kids are supposed to play, and family unity. I am so grateful that I was able to go on our Belize trip and experience everything that I did. Can\'t wait for the next adventure...

Belize is an extraordinarily beautiful and peaceful country, only the size of Massachusetts or Wales with a population of just 294,000. As a result, its wildlife and environment have been able to both survive and thrive, combining tropical rainforest with a superb coral reef which shadows its entire coastline. We can highly recommend Belize to you all. We will return there, no doubt about that!
