Thermoludic Area
The SPA's hydrotherapy area consists of five hot thermal pools and one cold pool. The Thermoludic Area is the ideal place to experience a variety of different hydromassages using either water jets or air bubbles.
Thermal Club
The Thermal Club combines beauty treatments with warm and friendly service. In a private and exclusive environment, you can enjoy a range of different treatments related to health and beauty such as:

Hotel
A place of peace and harmony...
The hotel has 32 rooms, each with heating and a private bathroom. The rooms are situated next to the thermal pools for exclusive use of our guests. The hotel restaurant offers delicious Ecuadorian and international cuisine using ingredients from our organic kitchen garden - a great place to enjoy Andean cuisine on a trip to Ecuador.
Guests have free access to emergency medical services and consultations related to thermal spa use.
Cabins
Termas de Papallacta houses 13 one and two story cabins, which are located 100 meters (330 feet) from the hotel. The cabins are warm and cozy each with a fireplace in the living room.
The thermal pools situated beside the cabins are for the exclusive use of cabin guests. The cabins are ideal for families or couples who desire their own social space.
Guests have free access to emergency medical services and consultations related to thermal spa use.
Cuisine
Since good food is an important part of the trip, Termas de Papallacta offers delicious national and international cuisine. Local fresh trout is the specialty.
Many of the ingredients used in our dishes are fresh from our organic vegetable garden, free from chemicals or pesticides.
At the Kiosk you can purchase a variety of snacks and drinks.
Convention Center
Termas de Papallacta's Convention Center is the ideal location for meetings and conferences. The Convention Center has floor heating and all amenities required to hold a meeting, but with the added advantage of being away from the noise, pollution and stress of a large city. Holding a meeting at The Convention Center at Termas de Papallacta guarantees maximum benefit in less time.
Thermal Baths
Health, recreation & relaxation... three important reasons to visit...
The thermal baths are located on the banks of the Papallacta river in a unique natural environment accommodating nine hot thermal pools and three cold water pools. The resort restaurant offers a diverse menu to cater for all tastes. You can also purchase snacks and drinks at the kiosk.
The clinic staff will attend emergencies and are happy to give consultations related to thermal spa use.

Adventure Life is always an excellent choice when planning complicated, extreme, or exotic vacations or expeditions. They provide friendly professional services and advice and are enthusiastic and encouraging in helping us to prepare and thoroughly enjoy our trip. They handle all the details which greatly reduces the stress of planning a difficult trip. I'm very impressed with Adventure Life and definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The response from Adventure Life to my first inquiry was prompt and promising. I worked with Jamie Broeckel, Trip Planner, via text, email, and phone calls- always extremely responsive and thorough with information and explaining the process to arrange a private tour for me to Malaysia Borneo. Within about week, the booking was complete and I made decisions because of Jamie's great customer service , friendly manner, and overall competence on behalf of the company's travel expertise. Now I have an itinerary, additional Trip Planner Assistants, several links for vital information for traveling to Maylasia, etc. Still many details for Sept. trip, but now the heavy lifting is done and I can enjoy the rest of the anticipation and research!! The trip was not only memorable for the amount of animals we saw but also for the people and accommodations at the two camps where we stayed. Our first guide, BK, was a wealth of information about the animals, landscape and down to the plants and what they were used for. Everyday out was a learning experience with him. All the people at the camps were gracious and the food was excellent.
Our second camp in the Okavanga was just as good as the first as far as the staff, accommodations, food and animals. After our experience at the first camp we amazed that the high quality remained the same. Our guide, G, made sure we were able to enjoy every experience including a rush through the bush to witness a cheetah and an ensuing hunt that he heard over his radio.
In both camps there were enough guides out that if they saw something the other guides were informed which helped in seeing as much as possible. It was also nice that the concessions were large enough that we did not have vehicles following each other throughout the day.
Normally there is always something in a trip of this length that we think could be improved upon but this is the rare case where we cannot think of anything. From the time we left the States to when we returned it was one of the most hassle free vacations we took.
Perhaps emphasizing the use of the laundry facilities at the camps would be useful because of the luggage restrictions would be the only thing I can think of as an improvement to future clients.
