Embark the Liberty Clipper at 5pm in New York City. You can settle into your cabin that evening and enjoy a meal ashore in one of New York City's many restaurants. Set sail this evening, weather dependent.
Board the Schooner Liberty Clipper on one of the most adventurous cruises! Be a part of an offshore passage where you can participate in the sailing and navigation of a schooner ship as the captain sets "sea-watches" for a voyage down the coast. If you've been an armchair sailor and want to earn your stripes or you've always dreamed of sailing offshore on a working sailing ship, this is the voyage for you!
This cruise mixes the best elements of the more relaxed "windjammer-style" cruise with an offshore element to bring you a vacation cruise that you are never going to forget. Please note that on this cruise, the ship sails overnight and has a schedule to keep. See some whales and dolphins offshore, and catch at least one of your meals on the way south where you always have some amazing sunsets and sunrises over the Atlantic!
From New York City, sail down the New Jersey Coast and continue up Delaware Bay, transit the C&D Canal, and anchor in the sassafrass and mud flats of the North Chesapeake, before continuing on towards Baltimore.
Arrive in Baltimore, Maryland by 5:00pm. Disembark or stay aboard for the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race (contact us for details). You can also stay aboard in Baltimore at the dock on the night of the 9th as an upgrade to extend your stay a night.

All rates are per person based on double occupancy. A select number of premium cabins are available for an additional fee.
Singles can opt for willing to share at the same rate, or a single supplement of 50%.
Cruise fares do not include port taxes, an additional 5% of total cost.

Crew Gratuity – Our crew works very hard throughout your trip, and gratuities are always greatly appreciated. At the end of your trip you will have the opportunity to add this on to your cruise - we accept both cash and credit card on board. 15% of total cruise cost is recommended.
