Day 1 Ketchikan & Misty Fjords
One of “America’s Top 100 small arts communities”. Visit a variety of shops and galleries featuring resident artists. Learn the natural history of the fjords, listen to the call of nesting seabirds, and feel the mist of glistening waterfalls while gliding quietly beneath glacier-sculpted cliffs.
Day 2 Klassan & Thorne Bay
In Klassan, visit the Chief Son-I -Hat Whale House, the only remaining Haida clan house in Alaska. Thorne Bay was once one of the largest logging camps in the world. Enjoy a walking tour of this Alaskan community.
Day 3 Wrangell
Take a jet boat tour of the Stikine River, the fastest navigable free-flowing river left in North America, and enjoy a city walking tour.
Day 4 Petersburg
Petersburg is a fishing town established by Norwegian fishermen in the late 1800’s. At the Sons of Norway Hall, enjoy a Norwegian Folk Dance show performed by Petersburg’s children.
Day 5 Hobart Bay
Guests enjoy the day at your adventure base camp, outfitted with sea kayaks, small outboard driven Zego runabouts, and all-terrain vehicles.
Day 6 Tracy Arm & Orca Point Lodge
In Tracy Arm explore the full length of this ice-carved fjord; tracing the face of cliffs that rise 4,000 feet above the sea. Depart to Colt Island and go ashore for an Alaska salmon and king crab dinner at Orca Point Lodge.
Day 7 Juneau
Enjoy highlights of the scenic state capital include the Mendenhall Glacier and Mount Roberts Tram.
Day 8 Glacier Bay National Park
A Glacier Bay National Park Service Ranger leads your programming and a Native Huna Tlingit interpretive naturalist joins you to reveal traditional ties to this ancient treasure.
Day 9 Sitka
Disembark in Sitka this morning. Transfer to the airport is included.

The Alaskan Dream is built to provide the most of the Alaskan experience. The public lounge faces forward with the same view as the Captain, affording spectacular views of the scenery, ports and wildlife along the way. A selection of library of books that pertain to many aspects of Alaska such as history, geology, marine and wildlife is provided in the lounge, which is specially designed for marine and wildlife viewing. Afternoon and evening lecturers are offered to educate guests on the many fascinating aspects of Alaska history, geology, marine and wildlife.
Dining Aboard the Alaskan Dream
The Alaskan Dream team of professionally trained chefs takes great pride in presenting outstanding, prepared meal selections featuring fresh, organic, and locally produced food. Menus change daily offering several selections from a menu usually including a seafood or meat entree. Fresh, locally caught Alaskan seafood is a specialty of an Alaskan Dream cruise. Early or late risers or light eaters can enjoy a continental breakfast buffet in dining room in the morning, with sit down meals for lunch and dinner in the Dining Room, configured for easy conversation and unassigned seating to offer the most comfortable experience possible.
A selection of fine alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine are available aboard ship for independent purchase, but not included in cruise fare. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are available at all times in both the Dining Room and forward viewing lounges.
Accommodations
All cabins and suites aboard the Alaskan Dream have extra-large viewing windows, perfect for spotting wildlife from the comfort of your room. These spacious guest cabins are fully equipped with necessary amenities including Ipod docking stations, pillow-top mattresses, hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. The private ensuite bath facilities offer bathrobes, towels and a selection of local Alaskan organic earth friendly soaps and shampoos. The bathroom has a 110v plug as well as hairdryer for your convenience.
