Day 1 Venice | Embark

Board the ship from 6:00 p.m. Settle into your cabin and enjoy a welcome cocktail in the lounge bar and be introduced to the crew. The rest of the evening is free.

Day 2 Burano | Murano | Venice

Enjoy a guided visit of the Doge’s Palace. The palace is Byzantine in origin and used to be the home of the Doge and the seat of the Palace of Justice. Return on board and cruise in the lagoon. In the afternoon join an excursion to visit the islands. Begin in Murano, home of Venice’s glassmaking industry since the late 13th century and a beautiful little island to visit. Then visit Burano, famous for its lacework which was developed on the island in the 16th century, and well loved by artists for its quayside houses painted in startlingly bright and contrasting colors. Return on board and cruise to Venice. 

Day 3 Chioggia | Taglio Di Po

Cruise to Chioggia and arrive late morning. In the afternoon join a guided visit of Padua, the main setting for Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew. After your visit of the famous “Santo” Basilica dedicated to Saint Anthony, have plenty of free time to wander at your own pace and explore the historic center independently. Do try to make time to visit the magnificent 19th-century Café Pedrocchi, one of the largest cafes in the world and much loved by artists and local inhabitants alike. Then drive to Taglio Di Po and join the boat. Enjoy an evening of entertainment on board. 

Day 4 Polesella

Cruise to Polesella and arrive in the late morning. Enjoy an excursion to Bologna, an authentic medieval city perfectly preserved. Discover the town while you enjoy your free evening. 

Day 5 Ferrara | Verona | Chioggia

Join an excursion to discover Ferrara. Listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, this Renaissance town is surrounded by a continuous wall almost 9km long (approximately 5.6 miles) which is one of the oldest and most impressive defensive systems of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. In the afternoon take an excursion to Verona. This city has the most important display of Roman vestiges that can be seen in Northern Italy. It was made famous over the world with the impossible love story of Romeo and Juliet. During this time the ship sails towards Chioggia. This port city of Roman origin is the second largest city of the Republic serene and contains works and testimonials from various periods and various styles. Spend free time in Chioggia before returning to the boat

Day 6 Venice

Cruise to Venice and arrive early morning. Join a guided visit of the Castello quarter in search of the secret Venice through its old quarters to the Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo. The Church is the largest Gothic building in the town and houses many funerary monuments and paintings, including some of Bellini’s masterpieces (1430-1516), in particular his famous depictions of Saint Christopher and Saint Sebastian. In the afternoon enjoy an exclusive gondola trip followed by a gala evening on board. 

Day 7 Venice | Disembark
