Hospitality at its Finest
This 10-room gem offers all of the style and comfort of a small luxurious home. The interiors are especially inviting and a great place to start an Ecuador tour.

The use of color, fresh flowers and marble throughout creates the atmosphere of a fine private residence (which it was when built in 1936).

In keeping with its former incarnation as a private residence, the Casa Aliso entrance offers a warm welcome to weary travelers. One almost has the feeling of arriving at the home of an old friend.

Casa Aliso is one of the best boutique hotels in Ecuador; full of personality and character and defined by its unique design, décor and ambiance.

Delightfully secluded, Casa ALISO is well known to experienced travelers who want to be close to everything, but desire a quieter, more refined atmosphere.

True hospitality is discreet and is expressed on a daily basis by a myriad of small gestures. Let Casa Aliso teach you their slogan “Hospitality at its very best”.

Rooms
Whether your trip is one of business or leisure, the accommodation offered by Casa Aliso will exceed your expectations. The classic décor with a modern twist, stylish furniture, desks, windows draped with beautiful curtains and comfortable beds are sure to take your fancy.

The rooms have been individually designed and decorated, to include all modern amenities such as telephones, cable TV, a safe and a fire alert system with sprinklers. The bathrooms have telephones, 220v. and 110v plug sockets, bathtubs with showers, bathrobes and hairdryers.

All of the rooms have windows which open. The rooms are set out as follows:

Front garden view:
Three lovely republican-style rooms with high ceilings and wooden floors which were the first ones to be built.

Back garden view:
These three rooms enjoy a serene atmosphere since their balconies enjoy a view of the pristinely-maintained garden where resident birds come throughout the day presenting a real life-music concert to the guests.

Upper level rooms:
On this level the bigger and more recently built rooms are located. They are constructed around a beautiful marble and iron staircase with a luxury antique chandelier.

Casa ALISO is located in “La Floresta”, a beautifully traditional area in the northern sector of Quito, which was once the city's most elegant neighborhood. Now, surrounded by modern buildings, restaurants, hotels and banks, it maintains its fundamental characteristic as a beautiful antique residential area surrounded by luscious trees and grand mansions.

This area maintains its reputation as being one of Quito's safest areas; 36 of the best restaurants - serving international and local specialties - are nearby, 20 of them in walking distance from Casa Aliso.

The most well-known tourist attractions are just a short taxi ride away.

Close-by there is also a unique cinema showing cultural Latin American and European films as well as art studios, glass workshops and hidden, exquisite cafes.
