Day 1 Fly from Yangon to Mandalay | Embark

  • Ship

Arrive in Mandalay and take a short trip to the Sagaing Hills before transferring to the ship, which is berthed on the Ayeyarwady River. Enjoy lunch on board before taking a guided tour of the key sights of Mandalay. Return to the ship in the evening and set sail.

Day 2 Sagaing

Join an early morning walking tour of Shwe Kyet Yet Village before breakfast. Sail to the ancient capital of Ava and take a tour of this historic site by horse-drawn cart. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure on the ship withafternoon tea and on board lectures. Enjoy a casual cocktail party in the evening followed by dinner.

Day 3 Bagan

Arrive in Bagan, where over 2,000 temples and pagodas are scattered on an awe-inspiring plain beside the river. A guided orientation tour introduces you to the most important temples. After lunch, rejoin the tour or explore the city at leisure by bicycle or horse-drawn cart. In the evening, enjoy dinner and local entertainment on board.

Day 4 Disembark in Bagan | Fly to Yangon

After an early breakfast, transfer to Bagan airport for your onward flight to Yangon.
