Day 1 Arrive Cape Town
Arrive Cape Town, South Africa on the flight of your choice. Airport assistance will meet you just outside the aircraft and escort you through immigration, baggage collection, and customs. Transfer to the Cape Grace, your home for the next 4 nights. Enjoy the amazing hospitality and prime waterfront location while you explore Cape Town. Dinner tonight is on your own. Dine in the hotel restaurant or venture to the V&A Waterfront and choose from one of several eateries in the area.
Day 2 Cape Town City Tour
Explore the "Mother City", Cape Town, South Africa today on a private tour of the city! Visit the Houses of Parliament, the Castel (South Africa's oldest building), Greenmarket Square, the Company Gardens, and Table Mountain. After an exciting morning of discovery you will be dropped off at the Waterfront to take in all the shops and restaurants. Explore the area independently this afternoon.
Day 3 Robben Island
This morning is yours to relax and spend as you would like. Stoll the beaches of Cape Town, go shopping, or explore one of many local attractions in the area. Make your way to the Clock Tower for your 1 PM departure to Robben Island. (You should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time). Upon arrival to the island meet your guide, someone who spent time there during the Apartheid years. Learn about the political climate of the time, witness the harsh conditions prisoners endured, and visit Nelson Mandela's cell. Take the ferry back to the V&A waterfront and enjoy dinner on your own before you make your way back to your hotel.
Day 4 Cape Point & Peninsula Tour

Today visit the beaches Clifton and Campus Bay. Drive to the Cape of Good Hope National Reserve via Chapman's Peak where you will take a cable car to view where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, as well as fantastic views of False Bay. Continue to Simonstown Naval Base, and visit Boulders Beach, the African Penguin breeding colony. Enjoy a once-in-a-life-time seafood lunch at the famed Boat_House, celebrity chef Bruce Robertson's personal home. A quick stop at the Kirstenbosch Gardens rounds out the tour before you return to the hotel in late afternoon. Explore the local area independently for dinner.
Day 5 Cape Town to Kruger National Park

This morning you transfer back to the Cape Town International Airport in time for your flight to Kruger National Park. Kruger is home to cheetahs, leopards, lions, hyenas, zebra, and wild dogs, as well as kudu, eland, sable antelope, and impala. Other sightings on this amazing safari experience include white rhino, elephant, hippo, giraffe, and buffalo!
Day 6-8 Kruger National Park
- 3 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches, 3 Dinners
Discover private reserves around Kruger National Park at 2 different camps during your exploration, increasing the variety of possible game sightings. Kruger National Park and private land owners adjacent to the park, have been working towards the conservation of the Big 5 since the 1950's. Explore by safari vehicle, by foot, or speak to your travel consultant about a hot air balloon ride or other safari options.
*Each day you will have the option to participate in 2 games drives and a bush walk.

Day 9 Depart
Take a quick flight from your lodge to the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for your flight home, or continue on with an extension to Victoria Fall, Chobe National Park, or Mozambique!
