The Legend

Galapagos tour yacht deck plan

Although Adventure Life generally recommends smaller yacht options for more intimate Galapagos cruises, we have found that families often benefit from a larger vessel that offers added amenities and programs especially for kids. The Legend offers unique family suites, a kid's corner, games room, pool, and social areas to help keep kids entertained during the longer voyages between islands.

Parents can enjoy navigating in a 90 passenger Luxury expedition ship totally converted in December 2001. The M/V Galapagos Legend has all-new passenger accommodations with 1800 sq. mts. of social areas, built with marine certified materials qualifying with Safety of Life at Sea specifications. You will be able to bathe under the sun at the sky deck by the pool. Socialise with other passengers as you enjoy an exotic cocktail from the Fisherman's Bar or spot dolphins and whales from the broad observation decks as the Legend smoothly cruises you through the rich Galapagos waters. Al fresco dining areas allow for romantic meals under the stars and the spacious passenger lounge with picture windows provides the setting for comfortable, indoor wildlife viewing. In the evenings this is the stage for live shows with folkloric music, a Neptune party to celebrate the crossing of the equator, or those tropical dance lessons you always wanted to take. If you have a scientific interest, there is a well equipped library with books and videos with in depth information on the Islands. We also carry the latest novels and movies...
