What kind of accommodation do the ships offer?
Our fleet offers different types of accommodation depending on our availability, starting from matrimonial, single (With supplement), twin and triple (Except M/C Alya).

Is it recommended to bring children to the cruise?
Galapagos is a wonderful place for all group ages; however, we consider a good age for children from 6 years old, so at this age children can enjoy a good experience and have unmemorable memories on board.
We do not offer a babysitting service and you might consider that, according to our itineraries and activities to do.
What kind of security measures do the ships offer? Is there an Emergency plan?
All our vessels comply with the Galapagos National Park security standards and certifications to sail the archipelago, including an individual emergency plan on each ship.
Once the guests embark the ships, the captain and crew members will share the emergency plan, along with a satellite phone to contact authorities in case of a major event.
What Includes and does not include in the cruise?
Includes:
- Airport assistance from Quito or Guayaquil in order to help travelers with logistic manners.
- Once they arrive at Galapagos and after passing customs they will see the National Park Guide with the yachts´ name banner ready to take them to the shuttle towards the first activity depending on their itinerary.
- Transfers in Galapagos (Once guests arrive at Baltra airport our tour guide will be waiting in order to take them to the boat)
- Accommodation in double cabin
- Biodegradable amenities: shampoo, conditioner & soap
- Lock box (except M/Y Bonita)
- Hair dryer (except M/Y Bonita)

Are the itineraries recommended for travelers with disabilities?
It depends on the type of disability that the guest has and the extent to which this disability would affect the activities to do. People with serious mobility issues will find that Galapagos has rugged terrain, no friendly and without access ramps at visitor sites, so the wheelchairs could be damaged. Our fleet counts with comfortable and ample social areas and cabins; however, the highlights of Galapagos is obviously the visit to the islands.
Is there a doctor on board?
No. Based on the Galapagos Port Authority rules, cruises up to 16 guests are not necessarily obligated to have a doctor on board, however all our crew members are trained to assist travelers in any minor issues.
All our vessels have a First Aid Kit.
How can I contact a passenger while they are on the cruise?
Since the 1st of January 2022 we are back offering shared cabins, with the same gender.

From how many guests are departures guaranteed?
As we are owners of the ships we require a minimum of 2 guests to depart.

Is it possible to book a willing to share cabin?
Since the 1st of January 2022 we are back offering shared cabins, with the same gender.
From what age can wetsuits for children be offered?
We accept children from 6 years old, so we provide wetsuits from this age.
What is the level of the guides?
The level of our guides is 2.
Is Alya's Jacuzzi currently in operation?
The jacuzzi in operating normally.
What is the duration of the sailing?
Depending on the itinerary. Sailing time could take from 2 to 8 hours to each place of visit.
What are Tips and gratuities recommendations?
Tipping depends, very much, on cultures and customs. Please keep in mind that quality of service should determine the amount of any tip, we suggest an average of US $25 per guest per day for the crew which will be divided among them equally, and $15 per guest per day for the guide. They are tipped separately.
