Days aboard the Vela begin with a casual breakfast which includes fresh fruit and a different hot entree each day. The daily plans begin with on deck discussion about the port of call and insightful tips on what to do and how to get around. Of course, guests don't need to leave the ship at all! Lounge on the deck all day, basking in the warm Caribbean sun or swim off the side of the ship. Dinner may be a casual buffet or a sit-down dinner in the saloon or on the aft deck – but it’s never formal, with no assigned seating and no need to dress up. Complimentary locally brewed beer, wine, and soft drinks are available all day.
