Adventure Life team, Missoula MT 2024 (Emily Stanton)
Trip Planner
Our team is always on the search for highly motivated and personable individuals to be the expert to help navigate travelers through the many options as they plan their next adventure. The Trip Planner is the first point of connection with our travelers and must be able to listen and build trust in order to find the best trip match for the travelers' preferences.
Due to the nature of the job, we give preference to candidates who have traveled extensively, have worked in the travel industry, and/or have experience with remote work. A candid enthusiasm for global travel and an eagerness to learn about our worldwide destinations is also essential to this position. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and computer fluency are also necessary. While our team thoroughly enjoys the great outdoors and takes downtime when possible, we do often work extra when the workload demands it.
As a company, we are committed to developing sustainable travel in all of our destinations. We emphasize giving back to the local communities and environments which host our travelers, and encourage all employees to do the same in their own backyard. This core value results in our commitment to making a positive impact on every life we encounter, and that includes you. Accordingly, we offer competitive compensation, health benefits, vacation, holidays, retirement match, flex-time, and travel opportunities.
