Adventure Life (“we”) knows your personal data privacy is important. We are committed to respecting your privacy, and we take the responsibility of protecting your privacy very seriously.

For this reason, we have created this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect, store, process, use and protect the information we collect through our website www.adventure-life.com (“website,” “our website” or “this website”) and our services.

This Privacy Policy (“policy” or “Privacy Policy”) is a binding agreement between you and Adventure Life. By using our site or requesting our services or products, you agree to this policy. This policy may change from time to time, so we recommend that you check it regularly. Your continued use of this website after the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

What information do we collect?

  • Information you choose to give us:

    We collect and store any information that you provide to us. For instance, we receive and store your information when you fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, register for a trip, provide content to us in any form, and obtain any other services and products we provide. When filling out a form or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information and other information.

    To take advantage of these offerings, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information (referred to as “personal information,” “personally identifiable information,” “personal data,” and “your information”) to us, including but not limited to one or more of the following identifying information: name, age, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card details. We use the information you provide to respond to your requests, fulfill our contract with you including but not limited any confirmed trip bookings, communicate with you, provide information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners, and customize and improve our services. To purchase our goods or services, you must submit financial information in addition to certain personal information, which we use to bill you for the purchased goods or services. We do not, however, store your entire credit card number or bank account information. Instead, we keep the last four digits of your credit card, debit card, or electronic card number and payment type for reference. We do use payment processors/payment gateway services to process any payment that you make to us and those third-party payment vendors may store more of your financial information, as described in this policy and in accordance with their own policies. You have the right to have your personal information deleted from our system at any time. Please refer to the section on your choices for more details.

    If you provide us with information about another person, you confirm that they have authorized you to act for them, that they have consented to the processing of their personal data, including sensitive personal data, and that you have informed them of our identity.

  • Information We Automatically Receive From Our Website:

    Certain services reserved by Adventure Life, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, restaurants, sightseeing, and activities are purchased from various independent suppliers (referred to as “Third Party Supplier(s)”). We share your booking and trip information with the Third Party Suppliers who will be delivering and/or organizing services for your trip.

  • Business Transfers:

    As our business continues to develop, your information may be sold to any successor to or purchaser of part or all of the assets of our business. Business assets typically include customer information.

  • Aggregated Demographic Information:

    We may share aggregated demographic information with third parties. We do not link this aggregated information to any personal information that can identify your or any other person and, thus, do not disclose any personal information in this manner.

  • Legal Purposes:

    We may disclose your information if required to do so pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants, and orders, or as otherwise required by law. Our website includes social media features, such as the ability to connect with us through various social media platforms. Storing, Securing and Transferring Your Personal Information

We will retain and store your information unless and until you request that we delete your information or we decide that the costs of retaining the data outweigh the benefits, whichever comes earlier. We regularly implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change or damage.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers’ database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card numbers will not be stored on our servers.

For contract fulfillment, we will need to keep some basic information.

Applicable Law and Choice of Forum
