The trip exceeded my expectations! The staff and crew were very professional, helpful, friendly and outgoing. The naturalists Heather, Zack and Brittany were very knowledgeable, easy to approach with questions and kept things fun/lively with presentations, trivia, contests, etc. Food was much better than I expected, excellent selections and presentations by Chef Evan. Great selection of local draft beers and specialty cocktails made daily by Drew. I had an amazing cruise, weather was perfect, we saw lots of wildlife and orcas, the one animal I hoped to see. I would recommend to friends, family, anyone....THANK YOU!

Didn’t realize how much food we would actually get! I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and was so grateful for all the bottled water. The boxed lunches were good. Not what I’m used to but I didn’t dislike any of it. Our guides were so amazing! Very knowledgeable and they were very good with our safety as we drove. Believe me, we saw some awful drivers of other companies and also a couple accidents so I was relieved by the safety of our guides. These two gentleman are now our family. We loved them so much and we all miss them terribly. They were truly inspiring and good honest men. The accommodations were top notch! I felt like royalty every place we stayed. Knowing how impoverished the villages seemed (because I don’t really know if they are actually impoverished) I felt safe at every lodge.

Our stay at the Denali Back Country Lodge was special. What a lovely, quiet resort! At the end of a long road in Denali National Park, the resort is worth the drive. The sounds of a lovely stream help lull you to sleep. Also, the American Cruise Lines small boat cruise was wonderful.

We loved our time at Pook's Hill and would definitely go back! The staff was friendly and our guides Mike & Mario were excellent. Food was fantastic, Dasha is an amazing cook. Our resort in Placencia was clean and the views were amazing. The location could have been better, we had to taxi into Placencia for meals, costing $20/day. Ben, the front desk manager actively discouraged us from booking a snorkeling trip, which was frustrating. We were able to book independently with Go Seas tours and had a great time. I think we could have spent one less day in Placencia, there was not a lot to see or do, but we enjoyed our time there nonetheless. Overall, a wonderful trip!

This was such a wonderful trip! I can't say enough about the Adventure Life staff who helped us book it and the Alaskan Dream shore staff who coordinated our pre and post cruise transportation and then the Alaskan Dream Chichagof crew--they were FANTASTIC. They took such good care of me, my husband, and especially my 82 year old Dad, making accommodations for him when needed with activities and mobility. The food was EXCEPTIONAL and the stewards and chef and his team seemed to make any and all accommodations for food requests that anyone on the cruise needed. The weather was perfect, too, so whomever ordered that up should be appreciated as well!

Trip was excellent - one small problem with a transfer was quickly corrected. Our guide in Cusco and Macho Picchu, Juancarlos, could not have been better. Very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor.

OMG!! There is so much to praise from our esteemed Capt. Eric to the incredible Brittany and Erin and let's not forget Garrett our chef. The waiters were fabulous as well as the ENTIRE CREW!!No kidding, they were terrific! We so enjoyed our excursions to the small towns and meeting the local people. What stories we have been sharing with our friends. This trip far EXCEEDED our expectations in so many ways. Thank you for creating such an experience for others to participate in. Thanks so much for everything!

Our tour went great. Organized, friendly and knowledgeable help. We had one glitch with our luggage; the staff in Peru was quickly available and followed up until it was resolved.

EcoLodge was fantastic! Food, staff, accommodations, and views! Our guides, Danny and Felipe, could not have been any better. Very knowledgeable on a wide range of topics. Who knew it was going to be such an educational trip?

As a first trip of this kind I was somewhat apprehensive beforehand, but it was a magical experience in Chile. I was very impressed with the guides who added so much to what was an unknown country to us. The only hiccup was weather/wind that precluded us from going to Magdalena Island. I would certainly recommend Adventure Life AND this Chile trip to anyone who wished to partake of a variety of physical activity in an extremely scenic country. Thanks!

1. Experience with Adventure Life was top notch. It was my first experience with a travel company and it set the bar high. The itinerary provided at the start of the trip was well laid out and helpful. 2. Liz and Emily were excellent. Very responsive and professional. Emily even helped me coordinate a bottle of wine at EcoCamp to add a special touch to the trip. Very detail oriented and insightful which both Sarah (type A) and I appreciated immensely. 3. We had the best guides at EcoCamp hands down. They played off each other very well due do their personality types and you could tell they genuinely cared about the groups well being. Roberto had extensive knowledge of everything given he has been there for ~20 years and Paz was a ball of energy during the entire trip keeping us on our toes and entertained. They both even helped out the servers at dinner; pouring wine, serving food, cleaning up....They never stopped! 4. Eco-camp was excellent. It made the other stops (French Domes and Paine Grande Refugio) look not as great. They seemed cramped, food not as good, and having to share rooms with others outside of our group wasn't the preferred method given we have way earlier wake ups and felt rude disturbing some travelers on their own. 5. Pick-ups / Travel: Well executed. Having a driver who made an extra stop on the last day to drop us off at Punta Arenas ... Read All
