This year marks a really big birthday. Thinking of that it made me take a look at where I am at in life in regards to health and happiness and how I can recapture both. I felt that I should do something big that would be a positive kickstart to this next journey in my life.
I have always wanted to hike in Patagonia and the mountains have this amazing healing power. So this seemed like the perfect birthday gift (thank you Dave xox). I will be off in just over month for this adventure and maybe you will be able to enjoy some of my special moments along the way.
