Gorges Lodge

Enjoy a comfortable stay at Gorges and Little Gorges Lodges, a peaceful base at the edge of Batoka Gorge and the rushing waters of the Zambezi River. Located only a short 30 minute drive from Victoria Falls town, this Zimbabwe lodge offers the perfect combination of peaceful seclusion with accessibility to nearby adventure. Built on communal land, concession fees and royalties are paid to the local council to help improve schools, water supplies, and clinics in the local area.

Gorges Lodge consists of a 10 chalets and a main lodge built on a raised deck of indigenous hardwood offering a guest lounge with WiFi, dining room, and breathtaking views of the gorge. The ten stone chalets with thatched roof are double story or single story, all with en suite bathrooms with shower, private verandas, and stunning views. 

The Little Gorges Tented Lodge extension is situated next to the main Gorges Lodge on the edge of the Batoka Gorge as well, but overlooking the junction of the Dibu Dibu and Zambezi Rivers. These luxury tented chalets offera  great alternative to Gorges Lodge while still providing the same comforts and amentities. Little Gorges offers a thatched roof guest lodge built with stone complete with dining room, sitting area, bar and views of the Dibu Dibu Gorge. Little Gorges offers five luxury tented structures built on wooden platforms with en suite bathrooms featuring showers cut out of the rocky terrain.
