Kakadu Semi‑Permanent Eco‑Comfort Camps are located within or adjacent to existing national park campgrounds, such as at the Yellow Water, Gunlom, or Jim Jim regions, and placed to reduce impact while offering direct access to walking trails, billabongs, and rock art sites. Guests do not set up or take down tents; all management is handled by guides, allowing more time for exploration and relaxation.

Situated in the remote Petermann region, Kings Creek Station lies between Alice Springs and Uluru, making it a natural stopover or destination in itself. The station is about a 3.5-hour drive from Alice Springs and around 2 hours from Yulara (Uluru).

Developed by Australian Walking Holidays and designed with architectural sensitivity by Neeson Murcutt + Neille, the camps blend naturally into the desert landscape, using renewable energy, passive cooling, and local materials to honor and protect the country.

Camp across remote bush locations along the Larapinta Trail for a true wilderness experience. Sleep in a swag with a thick foam mattress and pillow. Roll it out under the open sky for world-class stargazing, or set up a tent for extra privacy.
