Linyanti Bush Camp

Linyanti Bush Camp sits within the Linyanti Private Concession, away from busy tourist routes. The Linyanti Marsh is the only water source in the area during the dry months, drawing large elephant herds along with lion, leopard, buffalo, wild dog, sable, roan, sitatunga, red lechwe, hippo, and crocodile. Elephants move toward the Linyanti River at the start of winter and head back inland after the main rains. The camp is built with wood, stone, and natural fabrics, its main area is raised above the ground, and it runs on solar power. Through the African Bush Camps Foundation, guests can visit the Vuche Vuche Basket Weaving Project, which employs local women, to learn basket weaving and watch traditional dances.

Rooms & Suites
The camp has six tented suites, each with gauze sliding doors that open to 180-degree views of the bush and a private viewing deck. Every suite has a king-size bed under mosquito netting, a writing desk, a fan, mosquito repellent, and in-room charging. All suites have an en-suite bathroom.

Hotel Amenities & Facilities
The raised main area has a lounge, a library bar with full bar service, and a dining area. Outside, guests gather around a communal firepit and a boma, and a plunge pool is available for cooling off during the day. A gift shop sells a selection of local crafts and souvenirs. Children aged 12 and older are welcome, although walking and mokoro safaris are limited to guests aged 16 and older.
